A Healthy Lifestyle: Pandemic Version

‘The human body has been designed to resist an infinite
number of changes and attacks brought about by what
surrounds it on the condition that it is to be duly maintained.’
In an environment where the only places we visit stand within
the four walls of the house and boredom has become our best
mate, utilisation of our time seems difficult. But on the
contrary, this is the best suited occasion to take notice of
ourselves. The current abundance of time has given us a great
opportunity to bid adieu to the excuse of not getting ample
amount of time.

It is to be understood on a very serious not that eating healthy
does not mean starving oneself or eating on an unhealthy
rampage of sweets and oil-drenched foods. A daily balance of
the different food groups is a necessity along with controlled
in-take of fats.

Furthermore, to make our lifestyle sufficient enough to be
termed as ‘healthy’ we must pair it with exercises/yoga. Any
form of physical activity that gets your body to be pumped up
(cardiovascular activity) is a great way to exercise. Some
forms incorporate activities such as walking, jogging,
dancing, and playing sports and many more. The most
important factor in exercise in persistence; and if health is to
be prioritised then it can’t be overlooked.

Therefore, it has been observed that choosing the right food
and right activity in accordance with our body’s suitability is
of paramount weightage.
